Emotional neglect: A situation in which the child does not receive the love, encouragement, support and protection required at every stage of its evolution and inhibits their optimal development. Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy: Parents / carers subject to child mothers to continuous medical examinations, provision of drugs or hospital admissions, claiming fictitious symptoms or actively generated by the adult (for example by administering substances to the child). Institutional Abuse: means any institutional abuse law, procedure, action or omission from public authorities or derived from the individual's professional performance that involves abuse, neglect, detrimental to health, safety, emotional state, the fitness, proper maturation or that violates the basic rights of children and / or childhood.
